Cards & Net Banking: If you are have Net Banking or any one of the valid Visa, Mastercard and Diners Credit or Debit Card, you can follow the below steps to complete your IGL bill payment.
1. Click here to open IGL official portal.
2. If you are a new user Online IGL Bill payment, Click Customer Registration to create your online account.
Click the 'Click Here' link.
3. Enter your BP Number and Mobile number, which registered with IGL. (BP or Business Partner number is a 10 digit unique number for every customer provided by IGL ). Click Get Details.
4. Complete the New User registration with BP number, Mobile Number & Email ID.
5. Again, Go to Login Page. Enter Username and Password to login.
6. Now you can view IGL Bill status & Complete your IGL Bill Payment with Credit / Debit Card or Net Banking. You can also view bill payment history of IGL gas.
Pay your IGL bill payment under the ECS system, the bank account should be debited facilitated through ECS for the PNG consumption bill amount. You don't want to open a new bank account for this purpose, however, the existing bank account is much enough for using this facility of easy payment.
The ECS form has to be filled and then it has to get countersigned by the bank. The form when completed has to be couriered along with the blank cheque cancelled of that very bank account to IGL:

Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP): This facility is offered by most banks for easy payment process of bills through Net banking. To avail this facility, go to the website of your respective bank and log onto your account.
1. Click on "Bill Pay"
2. Click on "Register for a New Biller"
3. Enter "State" as "Delhi"
4. Enter "Category of Billers" as "Utility"
5. Choose "Indraprastha Gas Limited" from a list of options and Click on Register
6. Enter your BP Number and a nickname of IGL for your reference
7. You can choose to opt for "Auto pay" or "manual pay" from the options provided by bank.

Standing Instruction ON CARD: Through this service, IGL customers can issue one time instruction to charge his credit card {Master/Visa/Diners} for payment of PNG bill. Thereafter, your card will debited automatically for your subsequent PNG bill amounts.
